SVOY Subbotnik

Last Saturday, in the Gorky Park, the festival SVOY Subbotnik took place for the second time.

In the open air on the big stage performed such groups as Nadya, Jamie Woon, Tesla Boy, The Uchpochmack, Miles Kane, Metronomy, Kasabian and the headliner – inimitable Placebo! Kasabian showed all their festival skills: during the performance they managed to put a crowd of thousands on the floor… and to jump out altogether in a single rush. For 10 days our office moved to Gorky Park and watched everything that was painted on the schemes and discussed during long negotiations being built and turned into life. Kilometers of gaffa and banners, tons of iron, machines with equipment, a billion of nuances. Add to this night installation work, light fatigue, hot weather and the threat of rain. All this vanished as if by magic after the music had covered the Park.
